Hi there!!!
I am so excited to be on this program!!!!! I want a new me so bad. It is a long time coming. I have decide on 145lbs is my goal,unless I want to lose more. We will see as I get close to my goal. I have been good about my food. It sometims can be difficult finding something that has low carb, sugar and cal. But I make it a game to find the stuff.
