Taping Night

So tonight we did our first taping of the show... That was cool. I lost 1 lb, but at least I lost. I took my son to watch to see what it was like and he was mentioned on the show. He also got a auto graph from Debra Gillmore. I am looking forward to losing all my weight.... I am going to be more healthy and get my diabetes under control.
