All quiet

It is early in the morning and all is quiet. I had Guests for dinner and I did not over cook. The portions were smaller, and healthier. I made steak and chicken with rice and beans. I also went to the doctor on monday and my HVC went down from 9.0 to 6.0. I just need to get it below 5 and then I wont need to take meds. That would be great. As for my weight loss. I had a rough patch and did not lose any weight. But I weighed my self and I have lost aother pound.making it 18.
