quiet Sunday

It is a quiet sunday here, kids are sleeping and house is quiet. I have weighed my self and went to 240, lost a pound since tuesday. So I am happy. I am at this time not moving. SO here I stay, for better or for worse. We will see. I just know that I want to be healthier, like everyone else. I have had 3 days were there was temptation and I have avoided it. I know that when I give in, I will lose.
